摘　　要：目的探讨员工帮助计划(EAP)对监狱警察心理健康的影响。方法随机抽取192名监狱警察作为研究组接受为期1年的EAP服务,对照组为同监狱警察190名,两组在入组前和1年后均完成SCL-90评定。结果研究组和对照组的SCL-90各因子分除恐怖、偏执、精神病性外均显著高于军人常模;EAP服务后,研究组SCL-90评分的躯体化、强迫症状、人际敏感、抑郁和焦虑等因子分明显比EAP服务前和对照组低(P<0.01)。结论监狱警察心理健康水平比军人平均水平差,EAP对监狱警察心理健康有积极的影响。Objective To explore the effect of Employee Assistance Program （EAP） on mental health of prison policemen. Methods 192 prison policemen were collected through random sampling as the experimental group and accepted the service of EAP for one year. Another 190 prison policemen from the same prison were collected as the control group. SCL -90 questionnaire was used twice to assess mental health status, one at the beginning of the research and the other after one - year - service. Results Before the service of EAP, the scores of phobia anxiety, obsessive - compulsive and psychotic factors in both experimental group and control group were higher than military norm. After one year＇ s EAP, the scores of somatization, obsessive - compulsive, interpersonal sensitivity, depression and anxiety factors in experimental group were decreased and significantly lower than those in control group （ P〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Compared to military, prison policemen have poor mental health. EAP could enhance the mental health of prison policemen.
