摘　　要：政府、社会、患方及医方四大群体,对北京市医患关系现状的评价相对较好,对于当前医患关系现状的认知存在普遍的一致性。然而,社会角色的差异性又影响了各群体对于医疗服务的认知,因此,统一各群体之间对于医患关系与医疗服务的认知,通过提高医务人员医学心理知识与技能,保证患者的知情权和隐私权,利用媒体促进各群体之间的沟通,建立患者对于医院形象的正确认识将尤为重要。According to the opinion of the government, society, patient and hospital for each group, the evaluation on Beijing hospital patient relationship status are relatively good, for the current status of the hospital patient relationship exists generally consistency. But, the difference of social roles determines the difference of cognitive on medical services. Thus, unified cognition of each group about hospital patient relationship status, improving medical personnel medical psychology knowledge and skills, guarantee the right to learn the truth and privacy on patients＇, using media to deep the communication between groups, to establish a correct understanding of the image of hospital to patients will be particularly impertant.
