摘　　要：实行预约门诊,不是一项看似简单的服务工作,而是一项门诊向前延伸、预后向后延续的全过程服务。阐述了对开展预约门诊、看病难、中介参与等热点问题的全新认识,并提出了加强专科预约和网上门诊的见解。Outpatient reservation is not only a simple service, but a service which extents forward outpatient service and backward prognosis service. Thoughts on the problems of implementing outpatient reservation, health care inaccessible and agent attending registration service are discussed and recommendations such as increasing specialist reservation and internet outpatient service are analyzed.
