卵巢上皮性肿瘤p16抑癌基因突变与HPV感染的研究

摘　　要：采用聚合酶链反应－单链构象多态性分析（ＰＣＲ－ＳＳＣＰ）技术，对同一卵巢上皮性肿瘤石蜡包埋组织中ｐ１６基因（第二外显子）突变及人乳头状瘤病毒（ＨＰＶ）感染进行相关性研究。并与正常卵巢组织进行对照。结果，２８例卵巢上皮性肿瘤组织中ｐ１６基因突变１５例，突变率为５３．６％（１５／２８），其中７例伴有ＨＰＶ１６型或ＨＰＶ１８型感染，占突变率的４６．７％。在卵巢上皮性肿瘤组ＨＰＶ１６、１８ＤＮＡ阳性率为５３．６％（１５／２８），对照组ＨＰＶ１６、１８ＤＮＡ阳性率为５．６（１／１８），二者比较有显著性差异。提示：卵巢上皮性肿瘤中ｐ１６基因突变与ＨＰＶ１６、１８型感染有关。ＨＰＶ１６。p16 gene (exon2) mutation and human papi llomavirus (HPV) infections as well as their correlation had been studied by using PCR SSCP. It showed that the rate of p16 gene mutation and HPV 16 18 infections were both 53 6%(15/28) in ovarian epithelial tumor. Seven cases with p16 mutatioin were positive of HPV 16 18. The ratio was 46 7%(7/15). In normal ovarian tissue, the positive vate of HPV 16 18 was 5.6%(1/18). Compared with tumor group, there're significant difference between them. The results suggested that there were positive correlation between p16 gene mutation and HPV 16.18 infections and ovarian epithelial tumor is strongly associated with HPV 16 18 infections.
