摘 要:目的观察松花粉对衰老小鼠模型肾功能及肾脏超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。方法将30只雄性昆明小白鼠随机分为3组:青年对照组、衰老模型组、松花粉治疗组。衰老模型组、松花粉治疗组采用5%D-半乳糖溶液100mg/(kg·d)颈背部皮下注射复制亚急性衰老小鼠模型,青年对照组给予生理盐水。松花粉治疗组在造模的同时给予750mg/(kg·d)的松花粉灌胃;青年对照组与衰老模型组以等体积的生理盐水灌胃。连续50d后检测各组的血肌酐(Scr)、血尿素氮(BUN)、肾脏组织SOD活性及其MDA的含量。结果松花粉能够降低衰老小鼠的Scr和BUN水平,提高其肾脏组织SOD活性及降低其MDA含量(P〈0.05)。结论松花粉能够改善衰老肾脏的肾功能,其可能机制是减轻肾脏的氧化损伤,延缓肾脏的衰老。Objective To investigate effects of pine pollen on renal function, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and malondialdehyde(MDA) content in renal of aging mouse model. Methods Thirty male Kunming mus musculus albus were randomly divided into 3 groups, young control group ( n = 10 ) , aging model group( n = 10 ) , and pine pollen group( n = 10 ). The aging group and pine pollen group were performed subcutaneous injection with 5% D - galactose ( 100mg · kg^-1 body weight) in nape daily to establish the aging models, while normal saline to young control group. As for pine pollen group were performed with intragastric administration of pine pollen (750mg · kg^-1 body weight) daily when the aging models were established, while normal saline to aging model group and young control group, which lasted for 50 days. Then, the serum creatinine (Scr) , the Blood urea nitrogen (BUN), the SOD activity and the MDA content were analyzed and compared. Results Pine pollen reduced the level of Scr and BUN, promoted the SOD activity and reduced the MDA content in the aging mouse (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Pine pollen is beneficial for renal function and can delay renal aging, the possible mechanism is relieve the oxidative damage in senile kidney.
