摘　　要：在提倡建设和谐社会的今天,如何建设有中国特色的和谐的人力资源管理模式,是目前人力资源管理中的重要课题。在人力资源开发与管理方面,美国有成熟的经验和智力优势,人才机制完善,人才理念前卫。这给我们提供了诸多的启示和借鉴。Nowadays the thought of building a harmonious society is advocated. The important task of our current human resources management is how to build a harmonious pattern for human resources management with Chinese characteristics. As far as development and management of human resources are concerned, the U.S. enjoys the a-bounding experience, intellect strength, perfect personnel mechanism and advanced elites notion. This research put forward some inspiration and reference.
