钙通道阻滞剂对梗阻性黄疸肝细胞保护作用的研究

摘　　要：为探讨钙通道阻滞剂（ＣＣＢ）对梗阻性黄疸肝细胞的保护作用，通过动物及临床实验结扎大鼠胆总管和临床上选择梗阻性黄疸病人设立对照组和ＣＣＢ治疗组。结果显示ＣＣＢ不论从肝脏形态和血清生化学方面对梗阻性黄疸细胞有明显保护作用。结果提示：ＣＣＢ是一种有应用前途的肝细胞保护剂。The research aimed at exploring the protective effect of the calcium channel blochers (CCB) for hepatic cells in obstructive jaundice through performing experiments in animals and in patients. The experiment was performed by ligating the choledoch in rats, and selecting the patients suffering from obstructive jaundice, the patients were divided into control group and CCB treating group. The results showed that CCB had an obvious protective effect on hepatic cells in obstructive jaundice animals and patients both in hepatic morphology and serium biochemistry. The results suggest that the CCB is a protective agent for the liver cell in obstructive jaundice.
