直肠癌抗凋亡基因bcl-2的表达及意义

摘　　要：为探讨ｂｃ１－２基因产物表达与直肠癌生物学行为及预后的关系，采用免疫组化法对５０例直肠癌，３０例直肠腺瘤及１０例正常直肠组织ｂｃ１－２表达产物进行检测。结果表明：正常直肠粘膜未见阳性反应，直肠癌与直肠腺瘤的阳性表达平分别为３８．００％和６６．６７％，两者有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。ｂｃ１－２表达与互助病分化程度有关，在细胞分化好的肿瘤表达阳性率明显高于分化差的肝瘤（Ｐ＜０．０１）。ｂｃ１－２表达与临床分期及淋巴结转移无关。提示：ｂｃ１－２可作为判断直肠癌恶性程度的估价性指标。The expression of bcl -2 rectal cancers , 30 rectal adenomas and 10 normal samples of rectal tissue was detected by immunohisto- chemical staining in order to discuss its relation with the biological behavior and prognosis of rectal cancers. The results show that normal rectal mucosa was uniformly negative. The bcl - 2 positive rate in rectal cancers and adenomas was 38 . 00% and 66 . 67% , respectively ( P <0.05). Expression of bcl-2 was related to the degree of differentiation in rectal cancer. The positive rate of bcl-2 was significantly higher in well-differentiated tumors than in poorly differentiated ones ( P< 0 . 01 ) . Expression of bcl - 2 had no relation with clinical stage and lymphatic metastasis. All of the abnve raults indicate that bcl - 2 might be useful as a tumor marker for the evaluation of the malignant potential of rectal cancers.
