基于名词型属性权重的ELECTRE-I外包商选择方法

摘　　要：当同时存在多个外包商时,如何选择最佳的外包商是外包决策过程中的一个重要环节。文章在建立外包商评价指标体系的基础上,利用ELECTRE-I方法求解外包商选择问题。由于在数据处理中存在着名词型属性,在考虑概率分布的基础上,给出了名词型属性值之间距离的定义,进而可以计算出名词型属性的权重。最后通过实例验证了此方法的可行性。Choosing the best vendor is one of the important steps in the outsourcing decision-making process.Based on the establishment of outsourcing provider evaluation index system,the outsourcer selection problem using ELECTRE-I method is solved.Because of the existence of noun-type attribute in the data processing,a definition for the distance between the values of noun-type attributes based on the probability distribution is given and,noun-type attribute value between the definitions of the distance is also analyzed, thus calculating the weight of the noun-type attributes. Finally, the feasibility of the method is verified by an example.
