摘　　要：团学干部队伍建设是各个高校学生工作的重要组成部分，它关系到学校的稳定和发展。落实科学发展观，强化合理的队伍组织结构建设。有利于工作的高效开展。A team of capable student leaders is an important component of the students managing and coaching system, and is also an important factor that may help maintain the stability and development of the school. A rational organizational structure is conducive to efficiency of the team. By giving examples from the author＇s own experience in student management, this paper points out the problems existing in construction of student leadership and presents some proposals on improvement.
