摘　　要：分析了职能型组织和项目型组织在科技创新活动中的差异,分析了船舶科技创新活动的特点,提出了科技创新项目管理组织要求。对船舶科技创新项目管理有一定现实指导意义。The paper analyses the difference between classic functional organizational structure and projectized organizational structure, and investigates the character of ship science and technology innovation. Then it brings forward organizational requirement in science and technology innovation project management, has some practically directive meaning for management of ship science and technology innovation.
