摘  要:为研究霉菌毒素污染饲料对保育猪若干血液生化指标的影响,从南宁市郊区某猪场随机抽取14头受霉菌毒素侵害的55~60日龄保育猪,分别检测丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、γ-谷氨酰转移酶(γ-GT)、血糖(Glu)和尿素(BUN)5个指标,并与正常动物的参考值进行比较分析。结果表明,受霉菌毒素侵害的保育猪ALT、AST明显升高,AST与参考值差异极显著(P<0.01),γ-GT变化不明显,Glu降低极显著(P<0.01),BUN降低显著(P<0.05),但各项指标间的相关性均不显著。The present study was conducted to study the changes in some biochemical indexes in the blood of nursing piglets,which were fed by mycotoxin contaminated feedstuff for a long time.Fourteen serum samples from 14 nursing piglets for 55-60 days were randomly selected from a hogpen located in Nanning suburb.The contents of alanine amino-transferase(ALT),aspartic acid aminotransferase(AST),γ-glutamyltransferase(γ-GT),glucose(Glu) and urea(BUN) in blood samples were analyzed and compared with the reference value of the healthy nursing piglets.The results indicated that the ALT and AST contents in blood of treated nursing piglets were increased significantly,and AST content showed a significant difference with reference value(P0.01),while the γ-GT content did not changed significantly.The Glu and BUN contents were also found to be significantly lower than the reference value(P0.01,P0.05).No significant correlation among five indexes has been observed in the present study.
