摘　　要：通天塔是人们通过沟通达成共识目标的象征。在以导师指导下的自主学习为主要特点的研究生教育阶段,沟通显得尤为重要,通过沟通不断调整策略和目标是实现教育共识的基石。但在现实中,研究生与导师的沟通活动常常难以有效进行,从而影响了目标的实现。本文从生态学的视角研究建构研究生教育沟通系统,主要分析了影响沟通系统平衡的各个要素及其协调平衡的方法。Tower of Babel symbolizes a consensus by communication. In the stage of graduate education characterized by self-determination with the direction of directors,communication is rather important. It is the foundation of realizing education consensus through constantly adjusting strategies and aims. But in practice,the communication between graduate students and directors are not always carried on effectively,thus affecting the aim. This paper discusses the issue of communication of graduate students from the angle of ecology. It mainly focuses on the factors which affect the balance of communication and offers some ways for harmonious communication.
