摘　　要：基层教学管理队伍在高校教学工作中起着重要的作用,其素质也直接影响着高校教学管理水平。高校基层教学管理人员应认识自身存在的不足,不断提高自身的综合素质,以促进高校教育教学的发展。The primary teaching management team plays an important role in university, and its quality has a direct impact on the teaching management level. The primary teaching management staff should recognize their own shortcomings, and continuously improve the overall quality of their own to promote the development of teaching in higher education.
