摘　　要：本文从心态、知识、经验、技术与资金等方面分析了当代大学生自主创业的制约因素,在此基础上,提出了完善大学生创业服务体系的一些建议。This paper analyzed the and restrictive factors of college students＇ enterprising activities from the aspects of psychology, knowledge, experience, technique and capital, and proposed some suggestions on perfecting the service system for the college students＇ enterprising activities.
