科学发展观视野中的地方院校招生工作探究

摘　　要：地方院校必须结合自己的目标人才市场,适当超前定位,树立"以就业促进招生"的理念,科学制定招生计划;树立"以特色吸引生源"的理念,强化办学特色;树立"以质量稳定生源"的理念,促进招生、培养、就业的良性循环,开创"出口畅、进口旺"的可持续发展局面.Municipal colleges and universities should aim their orientation at their target employment market in an advanced way. The concepts of ＂recruitment being impelled by employment promotion＂, ＂student resources being attacted by specialties＂, and ＂recruitment being stabilized by teaching quality＂ should be set up so as to work out a scientific recruiting plan, to strengthen the specialties of running school,and to maintain a favorable circulation of recruitment, cultivation, and employment. In this way, a sustainable development situation of ＂fluent input and prosperous output＂ can be achieved.
