摘  要:分析铅酸蓄电池充、放电化学反应过程及其硫化现象、原因和危害,探讨解决硫化问题的途径和主要方法,研究铅酸蓄电池脉冲充电的活化原理,设计了一种复合脉冲循环充放电工作电路,为铅酸蓄电池活化与修复研究提出了新的观点和应用技术.The problems of the chemical reaction process in charge and discharge,the polar plate vulcanization in lead-acid batteries,and the phenomenon,reasons and hazards of vulcanization were analyzed.The solutions and main methods for eliminating vulcanization were investigated.The activation principle of lead-acid battery in the process of pulse charging was studied.A kind of compound pulse circuit for charge-discharge cycles was designed and was approved as a new type patent.The proposed new viewpoint and applied technology in lead-acid battery activation and maintenance provide soma useful references.
