摘 要:以商业软件FLUENT为平台,采用考虑转子发动机旋转修正的k-ε湍流模型,编制并加入自定义UDF程序.通过对FLUENT软件进行二次开发,实现转子发动机工作区域网格的动态更新.考虑转子与缸体间漏气,对冷拖动工况下转子发动机内部三维湍流流动进行了数值模拟.计算结果揭示了转子发动机内部流场的分布特征和规律,为转子发动机的性能预测及优化设计提供了技术依据.A modification was made to improve the standard k-ε turbulence model.The improved turbulence model was used on basis of the platform of CFD software FLUENT by compiling with the user defined program.The dynamics mesh model of rotary combustion engine was established by means of the user defined program.The mesh in dynamics zone was updated during the rotor rotating.Taking account into the leakage between the rotor and rotor housing,the turbulence flow in a motored rotary engine under the condition of cold dragging had been numerically simulated.The calculated results reveal the distribution features and regularity of the three-dimensional flow in the rotary combustion engine,and provide the technical basis for the optimal design and performance prediction of rotary combustion engine.
