CD15s和E-cadherin表达与肝细胞癌侵袭转移相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨CD15s和E-钙黏蛋白(E-cadherin)在肝细胞癌组织中的表达及其与肿瘤侵袭转移和患者预后的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学方法,检测120例肝细胞癌组织中CD15s和E-cadherin蛋白表达,结合随访资料进行分析。结果:CD15s和E-cadherin在肝细胞癌中阳性表达率分别为39.2%和44.2%。CD15s阳性表达的肝细胞癌转移率高(P<0.05),分化程度及患者5年生存率低(P<0.05);E-cadherin阳性表达的肝细胞癌转移率低(P<0.05),分化程度及患者5年生存率高(P<0.05)。CD15s表达与E-cadherin表达呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。结论:CD15s和E-cadherin表达与肝细胞癌转移和患者生存期密切相关,联合检测CD15s和E-cadherin蛋白表达可作为判断肝细胞癌预后有价值的参考指标。Objective：To investigate the relationship between the expression of CD15s and E-cadherin in invasion and metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods：Immunohistochemical method was used to detect CD15s and E-cadherin expression in 120 cases with hepatocellular carcinoma.Results：Positive expression rate of CD15s and E-cadherin in hepatocellular carcinoma were 39.2% and 44.2% respectively.Hepatocellular carcinoma with positive expression of CD15s had a higher metastatic rate（P〈0.05）and lower survival rate for 5 years（P〈0.05）;Hepatocellular carcinoma with positive E-cadherin expression had lower metastatic rate（P〈0.05）and higher survival rate for 5 years（P〈0.05）.The expression of CD15s was negatively correlated to E-cadherin expression in hepatocellular carcinoma（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：These results showed that the expressions of CD15s and E-cadherin were closely linked to potential metastasis and the survival rate in hepatocellular carcinoma.CD15s and E-cadherin might be clinically used as prognostic indicators in hepatocellular carcinoma.
