大学生业余羽毛球俱乐部的组织结构建设——以赣南师范学院大学生业余羽毛球俱乐部为例

摘　　要：采用文献调研法、问卷调查法、访谈法、逻辑分析法和数理统计法对赣南师范学院大学生课余羽毛球俱乐部进行了个案研究.分析研究了赣南师范学院大学生课余羽毛球俱乐部的组织结构与形式及赣南师范学院大学生课余羽毛球俱乐部会员情况等.针对性的提出了:拓宽资金投入渠道,加强羽毛球俱乐部自身的建设,拓宽活动形式,拓宽服务对象,加快高校羽毛球场地器材设施的建设,定期举行各级各类比赛,以比赛带动羽毛球在高校的发展等建议.Through literature, questionare survey, iinterviewing method, logic analysis and data statistics, we have made a ease study of college students＇extracurricular badminton club of Gannan Normal University. The study analyzed the organization structure, pattern of college students＇extracurricular badminton club of Gannan Normal University and the members situation of it. Targetedly propose some advice, such as broden channels of funding and objects, quicken steps of constructing facilities and devices of college badminton site; strengthen construction of badminton club, broden pattern of activities, regularly hold different matches to bring development of badminton in college and so on.
