体质学说在腹泻型肠易激综合征诊疗中的应用

摘　　要：体质差异不但是决定腹泻型肠易激综合征发病与否的关键,也决定其各种质型。辨别体质结合病因病机,依据证候兼夹,确定临床立法、处方用药,即进行"辨质论治"。只有把"审机论治"、"辨质论治"、"辨病论治"三者有机结合起来,才能将治疗效果最大化。The physical difference is not only the key to determine the occurrence of diarrhea - predominant irritable bowel syndrome, but also to determine the varieties of physique type. ClinicaUy it is applicable to differentiate the physique while treating disease, that is, to differentiate the physique in combination of etiology, and pathogenesis, and to determine the therapeutic prin- ciples, prescriptions and administration in accordance with the annexing of syndromes and symptoms. Only with the combination of ＂pathogenesis differentiation and treatment＂, ＂physique differentiation and treatment＂ and ＂disease differentiation and treatment＂ can the therapeutic effect be maximized.
