酒成分分析柱测定复方地塞米松乳膏中樟脑、薄荷脑含量的研究

摘　　要：建立同时测定复方地塞米松乳膏中樟脑,薄荷脑含量的高效毛细管气相色谱法.以萘作内标物.采用AT.PEG-20M5、0 m×0.25 mm×0.5 u、涂布度10%的石英毛细管柱（酒精成分分析柱）,以氢火焰离子检测器（FID）检测;柱温180℃,进样口和检测器温度分别为230℃、240℃.该色谱条件下,樟脑、薄荷脑在0.080.2 mg·mL^-1浓度范围内分别呈良好的线性;樟脑、薄荷脑精密度实验的RSD分别为1.91%（n=6）、1.61%（n=6）;平均加样回收率实验中,樟脑回收率为99.66%、薄荷脑回收率为102.14%;最低检测限樟脑为0.216μg,薄荷脑为0.252μg.本方法快速可靠,简便易行,可用于复方地塞米松乳膏生产中的质量控制.A high performance capillary gas chromatography（GC） method for the simultaneous determination of the content of camphor and menthol in compound dexamethasone ointment,was established.Naphthalene was used as the internal standard.the quartz capillary of AT.PEG-20M,50 m×0.25 mm×0.5 u,stationary phase＇s 10% was adopted vino analyzing capillary;the detector is hydrogen flame ionization.The oven temperature is 180℃;the INJ＇temperature is 230℃;the FID＇temperature is 240℃.In the condition,camphor and menthol have a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 0.08-0.2 mg·mL^-1;the RSD of precision of camphor and menthol were 1.91%（n=6）,1.61%（n=6）respectively;the average rate of recovery test,camphor was 99.66%,menthol was 102.14%;the lowest limits of Camphor was 0.216 μg,and menthol was 0.252 μg.It was proved that the method was simple and quick,the results were accurate and reliable,and it can be used for quality control of producing process of compound dexamethasone ointment.
