摘  要:采用纳米TiO2作为催化剂进行光催化氧化,以CODCr去除率为衡量处理效果的指标,对油田压裂废液进行深度处理。通过室内试验探讨了各因素对处理压裂废液效果的影响,其中TiO2用量、初始pH值、反应时间、光强为主要影响因素。正交试验结果表明,在光距为150mm、TiO2用量为1800mg/L、初始pH为4、反应时间为60min的条件下,CODCr去除率可达96.6%。By using the nanometer TiO2 as the catalytic agent to treat the waste liquid of fracture in oilfields by photocatalysis oxydation treatment,the elimination rate of CODCr was taken as the scale target of the result.The indoor experiment was probed into many single factors which affected the teatment of the analogy fracturing waste liquid and it was found that TiO2 dosage,ingtial stage pH value,reaction time and light intensity were the main effective factors.The result of orthogonal experiment indicates the best experiment condition,when the light intensity is 150mm,TiO2 dosage is 1800mg/L,intial stage pH value is 4 and reaction time is 60min,the elimination rate of CODCr can reach 96.6%.The main targets of the treated wastewater can attain the Ⅱstandard of national sewage drainage,so it is feasible to use nanometer TiO2 for treating the fracturing waste liquid.
