摘　　要："马太效应"在大学生就业过程中所产生的两极分化的负面影响,增加了大学毕业生总体的就业难度,极易造成社会不稳。文章从"马太效应"的悖论出发,用SWOT分析法研究了毕业生就业的外部和内部环境,据此提出了相应的策略,变"马太效应"的消极因素为积极因素,从而促使毕业生顺利就业。The negative effects of polarization, resulting from the Matthew Effect in the course of graduate employment, increase the general difficult of graduate employment, and easily lead to social instability. Starting from the paradox of Matthew Effect, this article analysis the external and internal environment of the graduate employment by SWOT, and accordingly propose the strategy, change the negative factors of the Matthew Effect into positive ones, thus facilitate the smooth employment of graduates.
