摘  要:目的探讨依达拉奉治疗脑梗死患者对血清高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的影响。方法104例脑梗死患者随机分为两组,均予脉络宁20ml加生理盐水250ml静滴;观察组加用依达拉奉注射液30mg,加入生理盐水100ml中静滴。疗程为14d。测定两组患者日常生活活动能力(ADL)评分,血清hs-CRP及Hcy水平,并进行分析。结果观察组治疗后较对照组ADL评分明显升高;血清hs-CRP和Hcy在治疗后两组均显著降低;治疗后观察组血清hs-CRP明显低于对照组,治疗后Hcy在观察组和对照组间无显著差异。结论依达拉奉能降低脑梗死患者血清hs-CRP和Hcy水平,具有抑制炎症反应及脑保护作用。Objective To observe the influence of Edaravone on serum levels of C - reactive protein and homocysteine (Hcy) in patients with acute massive cerebral infarction. Methods One hundred and four patients with acute massive cerebral infarction were divided into two groups: control group (patients treated with Mailuoling) and trial group (patients treated by Mailuoling and Edaravone) , each group with 52 patients. ADL scores, serum levels of C - reactive protein and Hyc were measured and analyzed. Results ADL scores in patients of trial group were significantly higher than those of control group after treatment. In comparison with controls, the eoncentration of CRP was decreased in patients of trial group and level of Hcy had no significant difference. Conclusion The clinical results showed that Edaravone can decrease the serum concentaration of CRP and Hcy, and the effect of Edaravone may restrain inflammation and protect brain tissues.
