摘　　要：文化是创新的土壤。无论是作为一种活动,还是作为一种现象,大学创新都具有鲜明的文化特质。从文化学的视角省思了当前我国大学创新的困境,并探索我国大学文化创新建设的基本路向。Culture is the soil of innovation. No matter from the view of activity or phenomenon, university innovation contains apparent cultural characteristics. This paper retrospects innovation dilemma of Chinese university from the perspective of culturology, explores the basic constructive routine of Chinese university＇s cultural innovation.
