摘  要:当前,国家公务员培训主要存在培训教育机构不健全、培训教育管理不规范、培训教育激励机制不健全、培训教育的内容不规范、针对性不足、实用性不强等问题,在一定程度上影响和制约了公务员培训工作的发展,使培训教育工作未能很好地发挥培养人才的作用。究其原因,主要是由于思想认识不到位、培训经费相对不足、培训监督机制缺乏。为了改变这种现状,我们要进一步提高认识,加强领导;健全机构,加强管理;加大培训资金的投入,提高培训保障能力;健全培训激励机制。At present, in short - term education of civil servants there exist such problems as imperfect organization, irregular management, inadequate inspiration system, and lack in unification, pertinence and practicability in content, which, in some degree, has a negative impact on the education and causes no better practical function. All is mainly resulted from the lack of full understanding, abundant finance and supervision mechanism. The solutions to the problems are to better orientate after further full understanding, effectively supervise after perfecting organization, better guarantee after providing enough financial support and set up a perfect inspiration mechanism.
