良、恶性疾病中血清癌胚抗原浓度的制定与分析

摘　　要：测定良、恶性疾病患者血清中癌胚抗原（ＣＥＡ）的浓度。方法３９０例中，正常健康人６０例，各种良性疾病２４０例，恶性肿瘤９０例，抽取清晨空腹全血３～４ｍｌ，血液凝固后，分离血清行ＣＥＡ放射免疫测定（ＲＩＡ）。结果通过对３９０例血清ＣＥＡ浓度的测定，经统计分析发现，恶性肿瘤组与正常人组间ＣＥＡ值差异有显著意义（Ｐ＜０．０１），而良性疾病组与正常人组间ＣＥＡ值差异则无显著意义（Ｐ＞０．０５）。结论对血清ＣＥＡ浓度进行动态观察，具有鉴别良、恶性疾病的价值，并且是观察治疗效果的重要依据。Objectives To determine the serum level of CEA in patients with benign and malignant tumors.Methods Serum level of CEA was measured by immunoradiometric assay (RIA) in 390 cases,90 cases of malignant tumor,240 cases of benign tumor and 60 cases of healthy subjects.Results The serum level of CEA in patients with malignant tumor was higher than that in normal subjects (P<0.01).However,the serum level of CEA in patients with benign tumor was not significantly different from that in normal subjects (P>0.05).Conclusions These results indicate that dynamic observation of serum level of CEA is of clinical value of differentiating of malignant and benign tumors,and detecting the effects of therapy of malignant tumor.
