白内障超声乳化吸除及后房型人工晶体植入术探讨

摘　　要：探讨并总结超声乳化技术及超声乳化仪各项机械参数的合理运用。方法对３９例（４４只眼）老年性、并发性、先天性和外伤性白内障行超声乳化摘除。结果术后１天裸眼或矫正视力≥０．５者占４５．４５％，术后１周、１个月和３个月视力≥０．５者分别占６８．１８％、７９．５４％和８６．３６％。角膜散光术后１周≤１．５Ｄ占６４％，术后１月≤１．５Ｄ占７５％。结论超声乳化白内障吸除术，术后散光小，视力恢复快，值得在临床推广应用。但也是一种极其复杂的手术，需要手术者充分了解超声乳化仪的原理及性能才能获得满意的手术效果。Objectives To investigate the technique of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens(IOL) implantation and setting parameters of phacoemulsifier aspirator.Methods The surgery was performed through a 3.2 incision on 44 eyes of 39 patients with senile,complicated,congenital and traumatic cataracts.Results Post operatively,the visual acuities with spherical correctien or without correction were 0.5 or better in 45.45% at one day,and in 68.18%,79.54% and 86.36% at one week,one month and three months respectively.The astigmatism was 1.5D or less than 1.5D in 64% at one week,and in 75% at one month.Conclusion The technique of phacoemalsification is worthy to be spread due to minimum postoperative astigmatism and fast restoration of visual acuity and in order to get good sugical result,the surgeon should understand the principle and performance of phacoemulsifier aspiratior.
