摘　　要：自产业组织的研究重点转向研究企业之间相互作用所产生的外部经济以来,有关模块化生产网络的研究逐渐受到学界重视。随着全球化发展的加速,在研究产业的国际分工与全球价值链治理时,这一新的产业组织与分工模式更是受到关注。模块化生产网络对区域产业发展、企业战略与形态的演变及其国际化参与等均有重要影响。As the focus on industrial organization researches turning to external economies created by ongoing interactions between firms, researchers have paid more attentions to the modular production network （MPN）. With the rapid development of globalization, the new mode of industry organization and division has attracted more attention in the study of international industry division and the study of the governance of the global value chain. MPN has important effects on regional industrial development, the change of corporate strategy and form, and international participation.
