摘 要:大型电子束轰击炉的加速电源采用六相十二脉波全波整流和开环控制时,可通过控制电子束流自动伺服加速电压反向变化来稳定熔炼功率。针对电子束发射过程的复杂性,采用一种新型智能控制器--九点控制器设计了电子束功率稳定控制系统。电网电压有±10%变化,熔炼功率调节范围为30%~100%额定功率,电子束功率的稳态偏差<4%;电网电压短时有20%降落,额定功率熔炼时,电子束功率的动态降落<10%。运行结果表明,控制系统的稳态和动态性能指标都满足了熔炼工艺要求,且加速电源运行效率高,对电网谐波污染少;控制系统在保证控制精度的同时,具有较好的稳定性和鲁棒性。In high power electron beam bombarding furnace (EBBF), when 6-phase 12-puslse full wave rectifier and open-loop control strategy are adopted for accelerating power supply, the melting power can be stabilized by oppositely regulating the beam current to adapt the variation of accelerating voltage. Considering the complexity of electron beam emitting process, an intelligent controller, namely nine-point controller, is applied to stabilize the electron beam power (EBP) of EBBF. When the power supply has + 10% fluctuation and EBBF works in 30%-120% nominal power, the EBP steady error 〈4%; when power supply has 20% sudden fall and EBBF works in nominal power, EBP fall 〈10%. The application results show that the suggested control system not only can well satisfy the working requirements beth in steady and dynamic, but also has a high working efficiency and less harmonic pollution. In addition, the control system can guarantee high control precision and has good stability and robustness.
