高师院校教育实习模式改革初探

摘　　要：教育实习是高等师范教育一门具有师范特点的综合实践课程,它对确保师范教育培养目标的实现方面有特殊的功能。然而,近些年来,我国的师范教育实习仍存在着不少问题。本文分析目前高师院校教育实习的现状与存在的问题,借鉴国外教育实习一些成功的经验,提出进一步完善高师院校的教育实习模式。Educational practice is an integrated practice course with teacher features in normal colleges, and it has special functions to ensure that the goals of teacher education and training can be realized. But there are still some problems about the educational practice in our country＇ s normal colleges recently. This paper analyzes the current educational practice status and problems in normal colleges, leanas from foreign successful educational practice experiences, and puts forward that the educational practice mode should be improved further.
