摘　　要：借用生态学的协同演化方法,阐述企业战略环境分析的认知要素和结构,为企业战略环境分析提供一种新的规范方法。首先构造企业协同演化系统,然后对企业制度生态和战略生态的特征维度进行识别,对生态类型进行匹配,最后组合形成四种基本的企业生态协同模式,并指出企业生态系统与组织系统之间的协调路径。With the aid of a co-evolutionary approach of ecology, I explained the cognitional factors and structure and pro- posed a new normative approach for external strategic audit of the firm in this paper, in order to build a co-evolutionary sys- tem of the firm, to understand some features of institutional and strategic ecosystem of the firm, to have matching type of e- cosystem of the firm, and to combine the four basic synergic modes of ecologic subsystems of the firm, and the same time, to find a path of coordination between the ecologic subsystem of the firm and its organizational subsystem.
