摘　　要：PDF智能文档技术因其易用性和安全性不断成熟而得到了广泛的应用.结合科技项目网络管理数字化平台的建设,简要介绍了PDF智能文档技术在电子政务上的应用,详细阐述了PDF应用模块的基本类结构的设计和数字水印、数字签名技术的实现,设计了PDF智能文档自动生成应用系统.Owing to safe and easy use of PDF intelligent document, it has been widely used. The application of PDF intelligent document technology in E--government is introduced through the building of the network management platform about technology projects. Both the basic architecture of PDF model and the implementing approaches about watermark and digital signature are expounded in detail, and the auto- generation application system of PDF are developed.
