摘 要:以乙酸锌为原料,合成了纳米氧化锌溶胶。探讨了水、络合剂、催化剂的用量及反应温度等因素对溶胶性能的影响。实验结果表明n(锌离子):n(水):n(二乙醇胺):n(氢氧化钠):n(乙醇)=1:7.5:1.5:1:114时,70℃反应2 h制得的溶胶较稳定且抗紫外性能好。经溶胶整理的棉织物抗紫外性、光催化性能明显提高。在氧化锌溶胶里加入β-环糊精,形成复合溶胶,可以提高织物的强力保留率、折皱回复角和耐洗性,但抗紫外效果、光催化性能下降。A kind of nano-ZnO sol was prepared by sol-gel method using Zn(CH3COO)2·2H2O. The effects of additive dosage of water, complex agent, catalyst and reaction temperature on the sol performance were studied. The results showed that the optimum preparation conditions were that the ratio of reactants was n(Zn^2+) : n(HN(CH2CH2OH)2) : n (NaOH):n (H2O):n (C2H5OH)= 1:1.5:1:7.5:114, the reaction temperature was 70 ℃ and reaction time was 2 hours. The sol had good stability and anti-ultraviolet properties. The anti-ultraviolet and photocatalytic degradation properties of the fabric finished with the ZnO sol were markedly improved. The composite sol, synthesized by adding β-cyclodextrin to the ZnO sol, could improve the wrinkle recovery angle, breaking strength and washing fastness of the fabric finished, but decrease the anti-ultraviolet and photocatalytic degradation properties.
