术语中的专名问题

摘　　要：首先阐述全国科学技术名词审定委员会和中国标准化研究院术语与语言资源标准化研究领域中的专家及历史上语言哲学家们对专名的讨论,其后陈述通名/专名的实质差异和形式差异及实践中区辨的必要性。最后从术语工作中对待专名的现状,向名词审定机构提出专名审定中有关译名原则和公布方法的两点建议。As it raises the argument with such appellations what concerns about two examples of Internet and GPS recently,this article discusses the differences between general terms and appellations,and its nomenclature treatment separately. Following the different viewpoints about appellations in history,along with the status of the substantial differences and formal differences between general terms and appellations, this paper quoted out the necessity of its distinctiveness obviously,in such manner our terminology workers should notify about the principles of translation of those foreign terms separately, as well as its publication practices were recommended.
