略论《洗冤集录》的科学性和民本性

摘　　要：《洗冤集录》的问世,不仅是宋代法制建设大发展、大繁荣的结果,更是宋慈"重民"和务实求真的产物。《洗冤集录》系统地总结了科学的检验知识和经验,促进了法律知识在民间的传播与普及,具有重要的科学意义和民本意义。The publishing of Collected Cases of Injustice Rectified（Xi Yuan Ji Lu）is not only the flourishing outcome of development of legal construction in Song dynasty, but also the product of Song Ci＇s ideology of ＂people coming first＂, practicality, and truth seeking. Collected Cases of Injustice Rectified （Xi Yuan Ji Lu） systematically summarizes scientific knowledge of inspection and experiences, promotes the spread and popularization of legal knowledge among the masses, and has important scientific and people-oriented thinking significance.
