摘　　要：基于对江苏省10所高校中的858名毕业生以及26家用人单位的调查,发现在就业过程中,毕业生需进一步培养敬业奉献、吃苦耐劳的精神和诚实守信的品质,努力提高抗挫折能力和情绪调节能力。在新的就业形势下,高校要全方位加强就业指导,将就业思想政治教育摆在毕业生就业指导工作的突出位置,将职业生涯规划指导工作系统地贯穿整个大学阶段,将心理健康教育全方位渗透到毕业生的就业指导工作中,以提高学生的就业能力。Based on the survey on 858 graduates from 10 universities and 30 employers in Jiangsu, we find that in the process of employment, graduates need to further nurture industry, diligence, and honesty. They also need to improve the ability of anti-setback and emotion adjustment during their career life. Under new employment envi-ronment,universities should omni-directionally enhance career guidance by prioritizing ideological education, systematically guiding career planning and nurturing mental health to improve the graduates employment ability.
