基于蛙鸣博弈的企业技术创新行为研究

摘　　要：企业技术创新策略选择是企业利益方与其他利益方之间博弈的结果。在知识经济的背景下,技术创新已经成为企业核心竞争力的重要组成部分,直接关系到企业在市场竞争中的生存与发展。而创新成功的前提和保障,就是制定适合自身特点的创新战略。基于蛙鸣博弈模型,可以对企业技术创新行为的策略选择进行解释,提出企业技术创新的策略。The strategy selection of enterprise technical innovation is the result of game between company profit party and the other party. Against the background of knowledge economy, technical innovation becomes an im- portant component of core competency of enterprises and plays a vital role for enterprises＇ survival and development in market competition. And the premise and guarantee of successful innovation is to establish the innovation strategy or model suitable for enterprises. Basing on the game theory of frog singing, we can explain the strategy selection of enterprise technical innovation and propose the strategy of enterprise technical innovation.
