摘 要:目的对发现的体检235例14种食物不耐受情况进行初步调查,并对相关因素进行分析。方法酶联免疫方法检测235例体检者血清中14种食物过敏原特异性抗体。结果235例对于牛肉、鸡肉、牛奶3种食物不耐受存在性别差异(P<0.05),均为女性不耐受程度高于男性;以蘑菇和猪肉不耐受率最低(0%),以对虾和螃蟹不耐受率最高(47.23%)。结论对于某些食物,如牛肉、鸡肉、牛奶,不耐受情况存在性别差异,女性食物不耐受率高于男性。Objective Intolerance of 14 foods in 235 people undergoing heath examination was investigated and related factors were analyzed. Methods Specific antibodies to 14 foods in the sera of 235 health - checked people were tested by ELISA. Results The rates of food intolerance varied from 0. 00% ( mushroom and pork) to 47.23% (shrimp) , and the intolerance of beef, chicken and milk was significantly higher in women than in men. Conclusions Food intolerance exists in people, and there are different levels of intolerance in different foods and sex groups. The intolerance of beef, chicken and milk is higher in women than in men.
