摘　　要：为探讨眼球钝挫伤在葡萄膜炎发病中的作用，对26例与眼球钝挫伤有关的葡萄膜炎进行临床分析．结果26例葡萄膜炎发病近期均有外伤史。患者多为男性（24例占92．3％）年轻者（平均年龄24．5岁），大部分为单眼（23例占88.4％）提示眼球钝挫伤在葡萄膜炎的发病中起重要作用。并总结了眼球钝挫伤引起的葡萄膜炎的预防及治疗。To evaluated the mechanism of ocular contusion on uveitis 26 cases of uveitis associated with ocular contusion were analysized. All of 26 cases of uveitis provided a history of recent ocular contsion.Patients with posttraumatic uveitis were usully male (92.30%),younger (average 24.5 years) and more likely to have unilateral disease.It is suggested that ocular contusion play an important role in initiationg uveitis.The prevention and treatment of uveitis following ocular contusion are proposed.
