摘 要:在国际金融危机及劳动法律实施等多重因素作用下,我国的劳动争议呈现出数量多、类型多、群体性劳动争议多、调处难度加大等新特点。工会面对这些新特点,应通过民主管理、协商等方式在争议发生前介入,在社会化、多元化调解大背景下发挥工会的劳动争议调解核心作用,通过仲调对接、诉调对接、委托调解等方式参与仲裁和诉讼,通过劳动争议预警等诸多方式进行应对。Under the situation of international financial crisis and the implementation of new labor laws,the new features of China s labor dispute include the large quantity,type diversity,more group disputes and more difficult in mediation.Trade unions should intervene before labor dispute has arisen through democratic management,collective consultation and other ways so as to play a central role in the diversified labor dispute mediation pattern.Trade union should participate in arbitration and litigation through the connection of mediation and arbitration, mediation and litigation and commission mediation, and should do early warning of labor dispute.
