摘　　要：本文采用模糊前馈解耦控制造纸过程中相互耦合的定量、水分以提高造纸质量,使得进浆量只对定量产生影响,蒸汽压力只对水分产生影响,并通过PLC实现模糊前馈解耦控制,从而实现定量和水分保持在适当的范围内,以达到降低能源消耗,提高造纸质量的目的.To improve the Paper Quality,the meathod of fuzzy feed-forward decoupling control was used to control the quantitative and water quality which are coupled,pulp is only an impact on the quantitative,the water vapor is only an impact on the water quality,fuzzy feed-forward decoupling control was achieved through PLC,so quantitative and water quality is conroled in the appropriate scope,reducing energy consumption and improving the quality of paper.
