摘　　要：VC是一种重要的营养素。综述了VC的结构与性质、生理功能、缺乏症、存在与利用、需要量与添加量等。Vitamin C is an important nutrient and extensively applied to feed additives. Based on the above mentioned facts,its structure and properties,function,penia,existence and utilization and yield of requirement and addition were systematically reviewed in the article.
