摘 要:在分析我国不同类型城市规模划分标准的基础上,针对大城市的公交系统特性,综合考虑政府效益、公交企业效益和出行者效益,对大城市公交系统进行综合评价,运用层次分析法建立了基于灰色理论和模糊数学的大城市公交系统综合评价模型。该模型利用灰色评价方法,以定量分析为主、定性分析和定量分析相结合,把城市公交系统中许多定性分析转化为定量分析,既充分考虑了专家的丰富经验,又减少了主观因素的影响。最后运用该模型对银川市公交系统进行了综合评价,提出了相关改进意见。从而验证了该方法的有效性。Given to the characteristics of metropolitan public transportation system, a comprehensive evaluation system was established based on the analysis of the size division standard of Chinese cities, which consisted of indexes of governor benefits, transportation operator benefits and passenger benefits. The comprehensive evaluation model based on grey theory and fuzzy mathematics was presented by analytical hierarchy process (AHP) which quantified" the qualitative indexes, and combined the qualitative analysis with the quantitative analysis, while focusing on the latter. The model not only considered the rich experience of experts, but also reduced the subjective influences. Thereafter it was applied to the evaluation of the urban public transportation system of YinChuan based on the survey data. Some positive results were obtained and innovative measures were put forward to improve the service level of YinChuan's public transportation system. This is valid in public transportation system evaluation.
