电化学治疗中晚期乳腺癌

摘　　要：目的：探讨电化学治疗中晚期乳腺癌的临床效果。方法：采用特制的ＢＫ９２型治疗仪和铂金针，在局麻下将铂金针插入肿瘤内，再连接在治疗仪上进行通电治疗。结果：接受电化学治疗的１０５例中晚期乳腺癌中７４例为原发性乳腺癌，３１例是乳癌术后局部复发癌。１年内疗效为ＣＲ３５２％；ＰＲ４３８％；ＮＣ１３３％；ＰＤ７６％。将ＣＲ＋ＰＲ评为有效，占７９０％。经５年随访：１年生存率８９５％；２年生存率为６９５％，５年生存率为５０４％。结论：电化学可治疗中晚期乳腺癌，尤其是对术后复发癌有较好疗效。Purpose: Study on the clinical effect of ECT for the middle and late stage breast cancer. Method: Applied the BK92 ECT Machine, inserted the platinum electrodes into the tumor under local anesthesia. Connected the electrical current. Results: 105 cases revived ECT. 74 cases were primary cacer, 31 cases were post operative recurrent cancer. Effective rate within 1 year: CR 35.2%, PR 43.8%, NC 13.3%, PD 7.6%. CR+PR was 79 0%. 5 years following up: 1 year survival rate was 89.5% , 3 year survival rate was 69.5%, 5 years survival rate was 50.4%. Conclusion: Good therapeutic effect has been gotten for middle and late stage breast cancer treated by ECT, especially for the recurrent cancer.
