摘　　要：以典型的体育运动动作如跳水、跳高、掷标枪、掷铁饼和体操、跳水中的旋为例,深入浅出地阐释了角动量定理、角动量守恒定律等转动力学的基本原理.Taking the typical motor as example, such as dive, high jump, javelin throw, discus throw and gyration in gymnastics and dive, the angular momentum law and the conservation of angular momentum principle in simple language are expounded in this paper.
