摘 要:用FIRE软件中的KH-RT二次油滴破碎模型对高压共轨喷油器在不同喷射压力和背压下的燃油喷雾过程进行了数值模拟,建立了喷雾闪光测试台架,对油束宏观特性及其喷油规律进行了测试。通过将喷雾贯穿距的计算值与试验值进行对比,对模型中两个主要参数C2和C4对油束喷雾特性的影响进行了研究。研究结果表明,C2对喷雾仿真结果影响较大,在不同的喷射背压下有不同的设置,与喷射压力关系不大,并总结出了C2与喷射环境密度的关系式,C4值对计算结果的影响较弱。通过本研究,可提高CFD软件预测高压燃油喷雾过程的精度。The spray developing process of high-pressure common rail injector under various injection pressures and ambient pressures was simulated by the KH-RT twice droplet break-up model in Fire,the spray splash photography test bench was established,and the macroscopic behavior of diesel sprays were investigated,the injection shaping rule was also measured by it.The calculated spray penetration lengthes were compared to experimental values,and the effects of two main model parameters C 2 and C 4 on the spray characteristics were analyzed.The results show that C 2 has much more effect on the simulation result,C 2 has different values under different injection pressures,and relation between C 2 and ambient gas density was conclued,C 4 affects the result much weaker.Through this study the precision of predicting the high pressure spray process with CFD software can be improved.
