财政包干经费模式己不适用疾病预防控制机构的绩效考核

摘　　要：卫生行政主管部门给疾病预防控制机构下达经费预算指标，一直是按照财政的包干经费模式，不适合近几年推行的经费明细预算和疾病预防控制机构的绩效考核。本文以某省级疾病预防控制单位绩效考核填报情况，来说明不适合的理由。The administration of public health Department responsible for the work for the prophylaxis control mechanism issuing funds budget target, has been defers to the f＇mance to be responsible until completion the funds pattern, does not suit the funds detailed budget which and the prophylaxis control mechanism achievements inspection in recent years carries out.
