当前民办高校党建工作改革的两个重要问题

摘　　要：决策机制与运行机制和党组织自身建设问题既各自独立,又相互交叉,都是在当前学习实践科学发展观,加强党的建设新背景新形势下,民办高校党建工作急需改革突破推进的重要课题。应从国情、党情、社情和民办高校实际出发,把党建和民办高校的"特殊环境"结合起来,坚持鼓励和规范,以改革的精神和科学协调发展的思路和办法,建立适合中国特色以及民办高校自身特色的党建工作体制、机制,实现民办高校党建工作制度化、程序化、规范化、科学化,推动民办高校健康快速持续协调发展。The policy-making mechanism and the policy--operating mechanism are independent respectively from the reconstruction of the Party, and they are closely related as well. These two are the important subjects to the Party construction reform in private colleges under new situation. In order to make the Party construction in the private colleges work with reasonable system, process, standard and scientific policy, and to make it develop sharply, continuously and harmoniously, we should work under the situation of the country, the Party, the society and the private colleges; we should combine it with those private colleges, and encourage and standardize them; we should work with reformatory spirit, scientific logic and methods, so as to build a system full of Chinese characteristics and college features.
